1. Provide on-site retail sales support in the assigned market area through hands-on customer engagement.
2. Conduct retail sell-thru and execute promotional programs in retail accounts as per headquarters' directives.
3. Recruit, engage, and motivate in-store personnel, including Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists.
4. Collaborate with the Education team to deliver product and sales training to in-store staff.
5. Train at-counter teams on managing overstocks and discontinued items by analyzing stock control data.
6. Implement visual merchandising plans for all generic and promotional events.
7. Manage client registration specifics, including maintaining and updating customer files.
8. Ensure the Guerlain counter image is maintained, focusing on cleanliness and effective merchandising.
9. Monitor and report on the performance of gift with purchase and sampling programs.
10. Conduct monthly productivity evaluations for all in-store staff within the territory.
11. Participate in events as required and perform other job-related activities.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in prestige beauty sales, with multi-store sales experience preferred
3. Prior experience as a Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training professional

A minimum of 3 years of experience in prestige beauty sales is required, with a preference for candidates who have multi-store sales experience.
