Guerlain Account Coordinator

1. Execute retail sell-through and promotional programs in retail accounts as per headquarters' directives.
2. Recruit, engage, and motivate in-store personnel, including Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists.
3. Collaborate with the Education department to deliver product and sales training to in-store staff.
4. Train counter teams on managing overstocks and discontinued items by analyzing stock control data.
5. Implement visual merchandising plans for all generic and promotional events in collaboration with accounts and Guerlain.
6. Oversee client registration processes, assisting Beauty Advisors in maintaining customer files and communications.
7. Ensure the Guerlain counter image is maintained, including cleanliness and effective merchandising.
8. Monitor and report on the performance of gift-with-purchase and sampling programs.
9. Conduct monthly productivity evaluations for all in-store staff within the territory.
10. Participate in events as required.
11. Complete all other job-related activities.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum of 2 years of prestige beauty sales experience, preferably with multi-store sales experience
3. Experience in roles such as Business Manager, Sales, or Training

5. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the beauty industry is required.
