1. Create patterns based on the Design Team’s sketches.
2. Manage the manufacturing of patterns for prototypes using CAD programs.
3. Participate in fittings, providing technical support and advice on product development and handling modifications.
4. Build and maintain close relationships with the Design, Product Development, and Atelier Teams to ensure timely product delivery.
5. Keep the pattern archives updated.
6. Develop and guarantee standard fits in collaboration with internal technicians.
7. Continually research new ideas to improve quality and efficiency.

1. Pattern maker graduate with at least 7 years of experience.
2. Expert in pattern production using CAD Lectra.
3. Proficient in Italian, both written and spoken, and preferably also in English.

1. Highly organized and able to plan efficiently.
2. Strong leadership abilities.
3. Proactive with clear initiative.
4. Willingness to travel occasionally.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in pattern making, particularly in the luxury fashion sector.

Pattern making or fashion design qualification.
