- Create patterns based on the Design Team’s sketches.
- Manage the manufacturing of patterns for prototypes using CAD programs.
- Participate in fittings, providing technical support and advice on product development and handling modifications.
- Build and maintain close relationships with the Design, Product Development, and Atelier Teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Keep the pattern archives updated.
- Develop and guarantee standard fits in collaboration with internal technicians.
- Continually research new ideas to improve quality and efficiency.
- Pattern maker graduate with at least 7 years of experience.
- Expert in pattern production using CAD Lectra.
- Proficient in Italian, both written and spoken, and preferably also in English.
- Highly organized and able to plan efficiently.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Proactive with clear initiative.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in pattern making, particularly in the luxury fashion sector.
Pattern making or fashion design qualification.
