Responsibilities
- Create patterns based on the Design Team’s sketches
- Manage the manufacturing of patterns for prototypes using CAD programs
- Participate in fittings, providing technical support and advice on product development and handling modifications
- Build and maintain a close relationship with the Design, Product Development, and Atelier Teams to ensure timely product delivery
- Keep the pattern archives updated
- Develop and guarantee standard fits in collaboration with internal technicians
- Continually research new ideas to improve quality and efficiency
Qualifications
- Pattern maker graduate with at least 7 years’ experience
- Expert in pattern production using CAD Lectra
- Highly organized and able to plan efficiently
- Strong leadership skills
- Proactive individual with clear initiative
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Proficient in Italian, both written and spoken, and preferably also in English

Experience Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in pattern making, particularly in the luxury fashion industry.
