1. Review and distribute all developed product samples, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
2. Coordinate the product development process from inspiration to delivery.
3. Assist the WSLG Design Director with the preparation of the Overview.
4. Prepare for reviews with the Artistic Director, ensuring all samples and documents are organized and available.
5. Maintain records of all sketches, samples, and prototypes in shared drives and archives.
6. Ensure accurate recording and sharing of information regarding sketches and launches with relevant departments.
7. Manage inter-departmental requests efficiently and promptly.
8. Facilitate communication with Gucci ArtLab and Merchandising, overseeing prototyping and sample developments.
9. Coordinate and attend fittings from prototype to final product delivery.
10. Assist the Collection Coordinator with costing activities for materials and products.
11. Support product shipment management, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures.
12. Aid the Design Team in research and rental activities, managing invoices and monitoring rental deadlines.

1. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Leather Goods category.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
2. Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Effective communication skills for interfacing with internal and external partners.
5. Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.

3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the Leather Goods sector.
