- Implement the visual identity in-store, ensuring alignment with Gucci's brand image.
- Assist the Visual Merchandising team in Parisian boutiques with window displays and product presentations.
- Train sales teams to enhance product visibility and maintain brand coherence.
- Prepare visual merchandising reports and oversee the execution of window displays according to Gucci's merchandising guidelines.
- Coordinate in-store events and manage visual tools inventory.
- Develop merchandising materials and contribute to the creation of visual identity tools, such as window display books and sale-specific materials.
- Capture store photographs to support diagnostics and action plans.
- Participate in meetings with merchandising managers and commercial directors to analyze financial results and commercial strategies.
- Implement corrective measures in-store based on identified priorities to improve outcomes.
- Conduct competitive analysis on visual identity, presentation techniques, and luxury brand placements.
- General education level Bac to Bac+2 (BTS Action Commerciale) or Bac+3, with specialization in Fine Arts, Fashion Design, or Visual Merchandising.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles.
- Ability to train and guide sales teams.
- Competency in managing visual merchandising tools and materials.
- Proficiency in conducting competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Experience in visual merchandising or related fields is preferred.
Bac to Bac+3 with specialization in relevant fields.
