- Create and execute visually appealing presentations to enhance client experience and maximize sales.
- Provide strategic guidance and directives to store teams to promote product sales through visual merchandising.
- Serve as the market expert on brand aesthetics and competitor visual merchandising trends.
- Interpret and adapt global creative strategies to meet market needs using individual creativity.
- Analyze sales reports and data to respond to business needs at national and store levels.
- Train and coach store teams on visual standards and best practices.
- Ensure store displays align with global creative vision.
- Collaborate with store directors and merchandising departments to improve store performance.
- Communicate directly with the global visual merchandising team.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising zoning plans and mock-ups for stores.
- Oversee the maintenance and storage of visual tools and inventory.
- Communicate visual updates and store visit recaps with regional partners and headquarters.
- Adhere to store visit rotation and travel requirements.
- Manage travel budget as provided by the department.
- Conduct regular check-ins with market stores.
- 3+ years of visual merchandising experience with multi-store scope preferred.
- Flexible with work hours and comfortable with changing priorities.
- Available for overnight and weekend work to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time within the market.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency in meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and basic photography skills.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and encourage collaboration.
- Capability to empower others and value individual uniqueness.
A minimum of three years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably with a multi-store scope.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $65,000 to $70,000.
