Gucci Visual Merchandiser

- Support the execution of consistent window schemes across all direct-operated stores (DOS) and outlets.
- Ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines, including in-store display, layout, density, mannequin displays, folding/hanging techniques, and merchandising rotation.
- Collaborate with retail store staff to implement visual merchandising strategies in all operated stores.
- Balance creative image with optimization of retail densities across all categories within merchandising guidelines.
- Create synergy across window schemes.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the premium or luxury fashion sector.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of brand identity and consumer behavior.
- Creativity, innovation, and trend awareness with the ability to adapt global guidelines into impactful local executions.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills for efficient campaign and window implementation.
- Flexibility and availability to work varying schedules and adapt to dynamic timelines.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Project management skills, including coordination of suppliers for production and installation of materials.
- Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other visual presentation programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and international teams.
- Fluency in English preferred for communication with headquarters and participation in global trainings.
A minimum of two years in visual merchandising, ideally within the premium or luxury fashion industry.
