Gucci Visual Merchandiser

- Implement the visual identity in-store, including window displays and product presentations.
- Guide sales teams to enhance product presentation, ensuring brand image consistency.
- Prepare visual merchandising reports for the assigned store.
- Develop or oversee the execution of window displays according to Gucci's merchandising guidelines.
- Educate sales teams on product placement within stores.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize sales.
- Organize in-store events and manage visual tools and inventory.
- Create merchandising materials and participate in developing visual identity tools such as window display books.
- Capture store photographs to support diagnostics or report necessary actions.
- Participate in meetings with merchandising and commercial directors to analyze financial results and commercial strategies.
- Report to management following store visit summaries.
- Implement corrective measures in-store based on management priorities to improve results.
- Conduct competitive analysis on visual identity, presentation techniques, and luxury brand placement.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of brand identity and visual presentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and management.
- Expertise in visual merchandising techniques.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using visual merchandising tools and software.
Previous experience in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion sector is required.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
