- Develop and execute visually compelling presentations to enhance client experience and drive sales.
- Provide strategic guidance to store teams for promoting product sales through visual merchandising.
- Act as the market expert on brand aesthetics and competitor trends.
- Adapt global creative strategies to meet market needs using individual creativity.
- Analyze sales reports to respond to business needs at both national and store levels.
- Train store teams on visual standards and best practices.
- Ensure store displays align with the global creative vision.
- Collaborate with store directors and merchandising departments to improve store performance.
- Maintain direct communication with the global visual merchandising team.
- Implement visual merchandising zoning plans and mock-up presentations.
- Oversee maintenance and storage of visual tools and inventory.
- Communicate visual updates and store visit recaps with regional partners and headquarters.
- Adhere to travel schedules and budgets provided by the regional manager.
- Conduct regular check-ins with market stores.
- 3+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably with multi-store scope.
- Flexibility with work hours and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Availability for ad hoc overnight and weekend work.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time within the market.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency in meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and basic photography skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in decision-making.
A minimum of three years in visual merchandising, ideally across multiple store locations, is required.
The base salary range for this position is estimated between $67,500 and $75,000, subject to geographic differentials.
