- Create and execute visually compelling presentations to enhance client experience and maximize sales.
- Provide strategic guidance and collaborate with store teams to promote product sales through visual merchandising.
- Serve as the market expert on brand aesthetics and competitor visual merchandising trends.
- Adapt global creative strategies to meet market needs using individual creativity and discretion.
- Analyze sales reports and data to respond to business needs at national and store levels.
- Train and coach store teams and visual ambassadors on visual standards and best practices.
- Ensure consistent interpretation of global creative vision in store displays.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising zoning plans and mock-up presentations.
- Oversee store visual tools and inventory, ensuring maintenance and compliance with brand standards.
- Communicate visual updates and store visit recaps with regional partners and headquarters in Italy.
- Adhere to designated travel budget and store visit rotation as provided by the regional manager.
- Conduct regular check-ins with market stores via group communication.
- 3+ years of visual merchandising experience with a multi-store scope preferred.
- Flexibility with work hours and comfort with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for ad hoc overnight and weekend work to meet urgent deadlines.
- Willingness to travel at short notice, up to 75% of the time within the market.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and basic photography skills.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and encourage collaboration.
- Capability to empower others and encourage self-expression.
A minimum of 3 years in visual merchandising, preferably with experience managing multiple stores.
A competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $85,000, with eligibility for an incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
