Gucci Video Client Advisor

- Provide video chat services to online clients, managing daily operations and efficiently addressing client inquiries to meet expectations.
- Complete video chat appointments and follow up with clients for further communication.
- Achieve key performance indicators such as abandon rate, satisfaction rate, and individual and team video chat sales targets.
- Independently conduct 1-to-N live-streaming sessions, including script preparation and coordination.
- Promote video chat services and conduct clienteling activities through CRM outreach.
- Create mix-and-match photos and styling suggestions for clients and client advisors.
- Ensure video room stock safety, including daily stock checks, product status assessments, and visual merchandising maintenance.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and foster Very Important Guests (VIGs).
- Sort relevant information and complete dedicated reports.
- Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure smooth video chat service operations.
- Collect client feedback and report to the line manager.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a client advisor or in a sales-related role.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills before the camera.
- Passionate about sales and a collaborative team player.
- Deep understanding of luxury customers, their needs, and expectations.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in Mandarin.
- Well-organized with logical thinking.
- Good appearance and voice.
Minimum 2 years of experience in client advisory or sales-related roles.
Bachelor's degree is a plus.
