- Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitability.
- Implement company strategies by motivating and supporting store management teams.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate management, merchandise, KPIs, and operational standards.
- Develop store and process enhancements as needed.
- Monitor productivity and client KPIs, cost, and inventory control.
- Develop measurable action plans to sustain growth.
- Manage P&L levers to ensure financial goals are achieved.
- Analyze sales and business trends to develop strategic action plans.
- Understand market competition to gain market share.
- Ensure stores are on track with CRM rollouts and clienteling activities.
- Partner with marketing to ensure top-line growth and analyze key areas.
- Collaborate with Store Directors, Finance, and Business Planning on budget creation.
- Promote brand awareness and establish market presence.
- Monitor and provide feedback on store management teams.
- Partner with HR on complex employee relations issues.
- Oversee performance check-ins and salary planning for stores.
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team.
- Build a talent pipeline through networking and competitive shopping.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
- Collaborate with the training department on new product and service trainings.
- Drive accountability of corporate business partners in Retail Operations, Training, Client Engagement, Merchandising, and Security.
- 15+ years in store management with experience in a regional role.
- Proven track record in developing and achieving clienteling activities.
- High degree of ethics and integrity.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams such as HR, Store Operations, and Merchandising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $270,000 - $300,000.
