Gucci Vice President, Client Engagement

- Develop and execute a regional strategy to enhance client engagement through events and experiences, including international and domestic brand experiences, VIP journeys, and store events.
- Create and implement market-leading loyalty strategies to drive customer retention and sales growth.
- Lead the Client Engagement team in collaboration with regional retail teams and global partners.
- Curate personalized brand experiences for VIP clients, including exceptional journeys and gifting programs.
- Establish partnerships with travel, hotel, and concierge services to enhance VIP client acquisition.
- Develop tourist engagement programs for peak shopping periods.
- Oversee regional Client Engagement Managers and the Client Insights and Analytics team to gather insights into VIP client preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
- Analyze marketing initiatives' impact on client development and customer behavior.
- Manage event production and budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Network with clients and attend international and domestic events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or Hospitality.
- 8-10 years of experience in Marketing, Retail, Special Events, Public Relations, Hospitality, or Consulting.
- Proven ability in client management and relationship building in B2B and B2C environments.
- Strong appreciation for the luxury fashion industry and Gucci brand values.
- Experience leading elite teams in events and client experiences.
- Exceptional relationship and partnership management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with CRM Systems and Business Intelligence tools.
- Strategic and analytical competencies with knowledge of retail math and budget management.
A minimum of 8-10 years in marketing, retail, special events, public relations, hospitality, or consulting, with proven leadership in client engagement and event management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or Hospitality.
A competitive base salary range of $207,000 - $230,000, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
