Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the shop floor to enhance team performance.
- Support the opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty, ensuring leadership and guidance for all Client Advisors.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop action plans to address opportunities and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive client engagement and build long-lasting relationships with clientele through effective clienteling strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and implementing strategies to meet targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising and Visual Merchandising, to optimize product presentation and sales.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of operation and customer service.
- Utilize digital platforms to enhance store and online product sales.
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding high-performing team members.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret selling reports and identify business trends.
