- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and development.
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, as Manager on Duty.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans for team members.
- Drive client engagement and build long-lasting relationships through superior service.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Collaborate with the Store Director and other departments to optimize product performance and store presentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, providing leadership and guidance to the team.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in sales management within retail or luxury retail environments, demonstrating a track record of driving customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
