1. Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture in the store.
2. Execute strategy on the selling floor, providing real-time coaching and feedback.
3. Contribute to the recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier talent.
4. Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
5. Ensure superior client experiences and manage clienteling activities to drive loyalty.
6. Conduct performance and development conversations with team members.
7. Manage and resolve client service issues to retain and enrich client relationships.
8. Oversee sales performance, analyze store results, and propose action plans.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies.
10. Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage inventory effectively.

1. 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
3. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
4. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Passion for the fashion industry.

Over four years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
