- Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture in the store.
- Execute strategy on the selling floor, providing real-time coaching and feedback.
- Contribute to the recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier talent.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
- Ensure superior client experiences and manage clienteling activities to drive loyalty.
- Conduct performance and development conversations with team members.
- Manage and resolve client service issues to retain and enrich client relationships.
- Oversee sales performance, analyze store results, and propose action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage inventory effectively.
- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
Over four years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
