Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to meet business and product category goals.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
- Support and guide Client Advisors, ensuring consistent client experiences and high engagement levels.
- Oversee store operations as Manager on Duty, including opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop action plans for team growth.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of high-performing team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Drive superior client experiences and build long-lasting client relationships.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Manage customer flow and resolve service issues to maintain client relationships.
- Monitor and strategize around key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with Store Director and Merchandising team to optimize product performance.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Utilize digital platforms to support sales and client engagement.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
