Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve high performance with a customer-centric approach.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to meet business and product category goals.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers within the marketplace.
- Support and guide Client Advisors, ensuring a consistent client experience and high engagement levels.
- Manage store operations as Manager on Duty, including opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and develop action plans to address opportunities and enhance team performance.
- Drive client engagement and build long-lasting relationships through superior client experiences.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain visual merchandising standards and optimize product sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, monitoring adherence and addressing issues as needed.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.
2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
