Gucci Team Manager

- Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor store KPIs and propose action plans to reach targets.
- Maximize time on the selling floor to motivate team members.
- Analyze store results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with Store Director and Merchandising team to grow the business.
- Ensure Client Advisors develop full product knowledge through training.
- Utilize digital platforms to support store and online sales.
- Oversee tracking of special orders through merchandising communication.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, Loss Prevention, and other departments.
- Plan and consult with Store Director for accurate scheduling.
- Allocate tasks based on abilities and delegate effectively.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Support product handling, transactions, and store administration.
- Support opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty.
- Optimize stock management and report risks.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security aspects.
- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
