- Offer regular feedback to Client Advisors to support their ongoing development and motivation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans with team members.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of high-performing team members.
- Manage the employee lifecycle using both online platforms like Workday and offline methods.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Human Resources to resolve employee relations issues.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures, taking corrective action as needed.
- Support store opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
- Lead store morning briefings, communicating key business objectives.
- Develop cross-category and floor working to enhance team sales capabilities.
- Inspire the team to deliver superior client experiences and build lasting client relationships.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Lead clienteling activities and manage customer flow to ensure exceptional service.
- Resolve customer issues to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Monitor category performance and propose action plans to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Merchandising team to optimize product offerings.
- Work with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain store image and guidelines.
- Ensure Client Advisors receive product knowledge training and are aware of market trends.
- Utilize digital platforms to support store and online sales.
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the retail or service industry, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Proven track record in managing a team of 6-7 people.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Independent decision-maker with a passion for the luxury fashion industry.
