Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to meet business and product category goals.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans for team improvement.
- Manage store operations as Manager on Duty, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Execute superior client experiences and develop long-lasting client relationships.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain operational standards.
- Monitor product performance and collaborate with Store Director and Merchandising team for business growth.
- Support visual merchandising standards and manage company assets according to guidelines.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Work authorization in the United States.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and react quickly to business needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Ability to inspire and influence a team with integrity and professionalism.
2-4 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $95,000 USD to $105,000 USD.
