1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to meet business and product category goals.
3. Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
4. Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans for team improvement.
5. Manage store operations as Manager on Duty, ensuring adherence to company policies.
6. Execute superior client experiences and develop long-lasting client relationships.
7. Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain operational standards.
9. Monitor product performance and collaborate with Store Director and Merchandising team for business growth.
10. Support visual merchandising standards and manage company assets according to guidelines.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Work authorization in the United States.

3. Ability to analyze selling reports and react quickly to business needs.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
5. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
6. Ability to inspire and influence a team with integrity and professionalism.

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $95,000 USD to $105,000 USD.
