Gucci Team Manager

1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to enhance team performance.
3. Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers.
4. Support store operations by managing opening and closing duties as Manager on Duty.
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop action plans for team growth.
6. Drive client engagement and build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
7. Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business initiatives and product launches.
9. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store organization.
10. Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and react to business needs.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
4. Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.
5. High level of integrity and professionalism.

A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $95,000 USD to $105,000 USD.
