Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to enhance team performance.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers.
- Support store operations by managing opening and closing duties as Manager on Duty.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop action plans for team growth.
- Drive client engagement and build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business initiatives and product launches.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store organization.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and react to business needs.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $95,000 USD to $105,000 USD.
