1. Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture in the store.
2. Execute strategy and provide real-time coaching on the selling floor to achieve business goals.
3. Contribute to recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier talent.
4. Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
5. Ensure superior client experience and manage client relationships to drive loyalty.
6. Lead clienteling activities and develop action plans to achieve goals and KPIs.
7. Support local events and product launches to meet sales targets.
8. Provide leadership and guidance as Manager on Duty during store operations.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain company standards and policies.

1. 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
3. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
4. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $73,800 USD to $82,000 USD.
