Gucci Team Manager

- Provide support and regular feedback to Client Advisors to ensure ongoing development and high motivation.
- Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans.
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
- Manage the employee lifecycle of client advisors using both online and offline platforms.
- Partner with the Store Director and HR on employee relations issues for effective resolution.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support store opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
- Lead store morning briefings, delivering key business communication and objectives.
- Develop and lead cross-category and floor working, ensuring comprehensive sales coverage.
- Lead and inspire the team to execute a superior client experience.
- Develop a client engagement mindset to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Lead clienteling activities and develop actions to reach goals and KPIs.
- Manage customer flow on the shop floor to ensure exceptional service.
- Monitor product performance and propose action plans to reach targets.
- Provide feedback on products and stock situations to grow the business.
- Ensure the image and merchandising guidelines of the store are maintained.
- Ensure Client Advisors develop full product knowledge and are aware of market trends.
- Previous retail management experience
- Advanced English proficiency
- Affinity for luxury fashion, styling, and trends
- Strong understanding of commercial targets and KPIs
- Luxury retail experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills

Previous experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector, is required.
