1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to enhance team performance.
3. Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers within the marketplace.
4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop action plans for team growth.
5. Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures as Manager on Duty.
6. Drive client engagement and build long-lasting relationships through effective clienteling strategies.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
8. Support visual merchandising standards and maintain organization of store assets.
9. Utilize digital platforms to enhance store and online product sales.
10. Participate in recruiting and onboarding high-performing team members.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
4. Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.
5. Passion for the fashion industry.

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
