Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to enhance team performance.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers within the marketplace.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop action plans for team growth.
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures as Manager on Duty.
- Drive client engagement and build long-lasting relationships through effective clienteling strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain organization of store assets.
- Utilize digital platforms to enhance store and online product sales.
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding high-performing team members.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
