Gucci Team Manager — Retail (Rodeo Drive)

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the selling floor, modelling Gucci’s selling ceremony and delivering hands‑on coaching to maximise individual and team performance.
- Drive client acquisition, retention and loyalty through personalised clienteling activities, effective use of clienteling tools and digital platforms, and rigorous capture of client data.
- Set clear daily/weekly/monthly plans and KPIs for clienteling excellence and sales performance; monitor results and implement corrective action plans in partnership with the Store Director.
- Plan, lead and support local events and product launches to ensure client attendance and commercial outcomes.
- Recruit, onboard and develop talent through behavioural interviewing, ongoing feedback, performance conversations and training follow‑up.
- Manage customer flow and service recovery to preserve and enrich client relationships and uphold the brand image.
- Partner with Merchandising and Training teams to ensure product knowledge, market awareness and category growth across all floors.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, Loss Prevention and cross‑functional teams to enforce company policies, health & safety and stock control procedures.
- Oversee store opening/closing as Manager on Duty, allocate tasks and schedule FTE coverage according to demand and individual capabilities.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, track special orders, optimise inventory management and report stock risks.
- Minimum 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail or a service‑related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Demonstrable leadership, ethics and integrity with the ability to inspire trust and influence a team.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

At least four years of proven sales management experience in retail, luxury retail or a related service industry, with a track record of developing teams, driving clienteling strategies and meeting measurable sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
