Gucci Team Manager

1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver superior customer service and achieve business goals.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to enhance team performance.
3. Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting brand values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
4. Support store operations as Manager on Duty, including opening and closing procedures.
5. Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans for team members.
6. Drive client engagement and build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
7. Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
8. Collaborate with the Store Director and Merchandising team to optimize product performance.
9. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, providing leadership and guidance.
10. Support and maintain visual merchandising standards and store organization.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
5. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
4. Ability to inspire and influence a team with integrity and professionalism.
5. Excellent organizational skills.

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

Base salary range is $75,000 USD to $85,000 USD, considering factors such as experience and geographic location.
