Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture on the selling floor.
- Execute strategic initiatives and provide real-time coaching to achieve business and product category goals.
- Contribute to the recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier talent.
- Represent Gucci as an ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand's values.
- Drive superior client experiences and ensure client advisors maintain a hospitable and elevated attitude.
- Utilize clienteling tools to foster client loyalty and acquisition.
- Lead and support local events and product launches, ensuring client engagement and sales targets are met.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to client advisors, ensuring their development and motivation.
- Conduct performance and development conversations with direct reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze store performance and propose action plans to meet targets.
- Partner with the Store Director and Merchandising team to optimize product feedback and stock management.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security protocols.
- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 4 years in a sales management role within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Base salary range is $95,000 USD to $110,000 USD, subject to geographic differentials.
