- Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture in the store.
- Execute strategies on the selling floor, providing real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business goals.
- Contribute to the recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier talent.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting its values.
- Ensure superior client experiences, utilizing clienteling tools to drive loyalty and acquisition.
- Lead clienteling activities and develop action plans to meet goals and KPIs.
- Monitor and enhance Client Advisor performance through regular feedback and development conversations.
- Conduct engaging morning briefings and facilitate cross-category sales focus.
- Participate in talent recruitment and ensure effective onboarding of new team members.
- Manage employee relations and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Monitor sales performance and collaborate with the Store Director to propose action plans.
- Utilize digital platforms to support product sales and oversee special order tracking.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and other departments to enforce company policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage stock/inventory effectively.
- Support store opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Candidates must have a minimum of four years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $95,000 USD to $110,000 USD.
