1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
3. Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
4. Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures as Manager on Duty.
5. Conduct performance evaluations and develop action plans for team growth.
6. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
7. Develop and execute client engagement strategies to build long-term relationships.
8. Utilize clienteling tools to activate and grow the client base.
9. Collaborate with Store Director and Merchandising team to optimize product performance.
10. Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage store assets.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $85,000-$90,000.
