- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
- Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures as Manager on Duty.
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop action plans for team growth.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and execute client engagement strategies to build long-term relationships.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate and grow the client base.
- Collaborate with Store Director and Merchandising team to optimize product performance.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage store assets.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $85,000-$90,000.
