1. Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture in the store.
2. Execute strategy and provide real-time coaching on the selling floor to achieve business goals.
3. Contribute to recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier talent.
4. Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
5. Ensure superior client experience and manage clienteling activities to drive loyalty.
6. Lead and support company-driven events and product launches.
7. Provide regular feedback and conduct performance and development conversations.
8. Monitor and analyze store performance and propose action plans to reach targets.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies and procedures.
10. Oversee visual merchandising standards and optimize stock management.

1. 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
3. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
4. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $85,000 USD to $90,000 USD.
