1. Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture in the store.
2. Execute strategy and provide real-time coaching on the selling floor to achieve business and product category goals.
3. Contribute to the recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier talent.
4. Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
5. Ensure superior client experience and manage client relationships to drive loyalty and acquisition.
6. Conduct performance evaluations and career development conversations with team members.
7. Oversee sales performance, analyze store results, and propose action plans to meet targets.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
9. Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage store operations effectively.
10. Support and execute product handling, transactions, and general store administration.

1. 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
3. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
4. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Passion for the fashion industry.

A minimum of 4 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $85,000 USD to $95,000 USD.
