- Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture in the store.
- Execute strategy and provide real-time coaching on the selling floor to achieve business and product category goals.
- Contribute to the recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier talent.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
- Ensure superior client experience and manage client relationships to drive loyalty and acquisition.
- Conduct performance evaluations and career development conversations with team members.
- Oversee sales performance, analyze store results, and propose action plans to meet targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage store operations effectively.
- Support and execute product handling, transactions, and general store administration.
- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
A minimum of 4 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $85,000 USD to $95,000 USD.
