- Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture within the store.
- Execute strategic plans on the selling floor, providing real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals.
- Contribute to the recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier talent.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
- Ensure superior client experiences and utilize clienteling tools to drive loyalty and acquisition.
- Lead clienteling activities and develop action plans to meet goals and KPIs.
- Support company-driven local events and product launches, ensuring client attendance and sales results.
- Manage client flow on the selling floor, ensuring exceptional service for all.
- Resolve client service issues to retain and enrich client relationships.
- Maintain deep knowledge of competition and local market trends.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to Client Advisors, ensuring their development and engagement.
- Lead performance and development conversations with direct reports.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans.
- Lead morning briefings and deliver key business communications.
- Participate in attracting and recruiting new team members.
- Ensure effective onboarding for new team members.
- Manage employee relations in partnership with Store Directors and People Partners.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Analyze store results and partner with the Store Director to provide recommendations and improvement plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Plan and schedule team coverage according to traffic flow and individual capabilities.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain organization of company assets.
- Oversee product handling, transactions, and general store administration.
- Support store opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
- Optimize stock and inventory management.
- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of four years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $85,000 USD to $95,000 USD.
