1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category goals.
3. Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers.
4. Ensure a consistent client experience by supporting and coaching the team on the selling floor.
5. Conduct performance reviews and develop action plans for team growth.
6. Oversee store operations as Manager on Duty, including opening and closing procedures.
7. Lead client engagement initiatives to build long-lasting relationships.
8. Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain company standards.
10. Monitor product category performance and propose action plans to meet targets.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

1. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
4. Passion for the fashion industry and ability to inspire a team.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $70,000 USD to $95,000 USD.
