Gucci Team Manager

1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals.
3. Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers.
4. Support and coach team members on the selling floor to ensure a consistent client experience.
5. Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans.
6. Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
7. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
8. Execute a superior client experience and develop long-lasting client relationships.
9. Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
10. Monitor client advisor performance and strategize to meet KPIs.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional departments and maintain visual merchandising standards.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
4. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
7. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9. Passion for the fashion industry.
10. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $70,000 USD to $95,000 USD.
