- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers.
- Support and coach team members on the selling floor to ensure a consistent client experience.
- Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans.
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Execute a superior client experience and develop long-lasting client relationships.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Monitor client advisor performance and strategize to meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $70,000 USD to $95,000 USD.
