1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and engagement.
3. Support store operations by acting as Manager on Duty, including opening and closing procedures.
4. Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans for team growth.
5. Drive client engagement and retention through effective use of clienteling tools and strategies.
6. Collaborate with Store Director and Merchandising team to optimize product performance and store presentation.
7. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to team members.
8. Manage customer service issues to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
9. Utilize digital platforms to enhance store and online sales.
10. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to maintain operational excellence.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales reports and identify business trends.
4. Proven ability to deliver exceptional client experiences and build customer loyalty.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail environments.

Base salary range from $70,000 to $95,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
