1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals.
3. Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, promoting Gucci Values and Amplifiers.
4. Support store operations, including opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
5. Conduct performance conversations and develop action plans for team growth.
6. Execute superior client experiences and develop long-lasting client relationships.
7. Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow client bases.
8. Monitor product category performance and propose action plans to meet targets.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
10. Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization of company assets.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
2. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
4. Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.

Base salary range from $87,500 USD to $110,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
