- Provide support and regular feedback to Client Advisors, ensuring ongoing development and motivation.
- Conduct regular performance conversations, discussing results and developing action plans.
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
- Manage the employee lifecycle of Client Advisors using both online and offline platforms.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Human Resources on employee relations issues.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures, addressing any issues as needed.
- Support store opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
- Lead store morning briefings, delivering key business communication and daily objectives.
- Develop and lead cross-category and floor working to ensure comprehensive sales coverage.
- Inspire the team to deliver a superior client experience and foster long-lasting client relationships.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Lead clienteling activities, developing actions to achieve goals and KPIs.
- Monitor Client Advisors' performance and work with them to ensure clienteling excellence.
- Manage customer flow on the shop floor, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Resolve customer issues, maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
- Monitor product category performance and propose action plans to reach targets.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Merchandising team to provide product feedback and requests.
- Work with the Visual Merchandising team to maximize category potential while maintaining store image.
- Ensure Client Advisors develop full product knowledge and awareness of market trends.
- Proven experience in team management within a luxury retail environment.
- Strong understanding of clienteling and customer relationship management.
- Experience in performance management and employee development.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms for sales and clienteling.
Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within luxury retail, with a focus on team leadership and client management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
