- Promote a positive and professional team environment fostering trust, integrity, and superior performance standards.
- Support and coach team members on the shop floor to ensure a consistent client experience.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to Client Advisors, ensuring their development and motivation.
- Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans.
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding high-performing team members.
- Manage the employee lifecycle through both digital and offline platforms.
- Partner with Store Manager and HR on employee relations issues for effective resolution.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support store opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
- Lead store morning briefings, delivering key business communication and objectives.
- Develop and lead cross-category and floor working to ensure comprehensive sales coverage.
- Inspire the team to execute a superior client experience and develop long-lasting client relationships.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow client base.
- Lead clienteling activities with clear goals and KPIs.
- Actively sell and model the selling ceremony on the shop floor.
- Manage customer flow and resolve customer issues to ensure exceptional service.
- Monitor product category performance and propose action plans.
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Merchandising team for product feedback and stock management.
- Work with VM and Training teams to maximize category potential and ensure product knowledge.
- Proven experience in a retail management role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms for clienteling and sales.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues effectively.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management position within the luxury fashion sector is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
