1. Promote a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity, and superior performance standards.
2. Support and coach team members on the shop floor to ensure a consistent client experience.
3. Provide regular feedback to Client Advisors to ensure ongoing development and motivation.
4. Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans.
5. Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
6. Manage the employee lifecycle of client advisors both online and offline.
7. Partner with the Store Manager and Human Resources on employee relations issues.
8. Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.
9. Support store opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
10. Lead store morning briefings and deliver key business communication.
11. Develop and lead cross-category and floor working.
12. Lead and inspire the team to execute a superior client experience.
13. Develop a client engagement mindset to build long-lasting relationships.
14. Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
15. Lead the execution of clienteling activities and develop actions to reach goals.
16. Monitor Client Advisor performance and ensure clienteling excellence.
17. Actively sell and role model the selling ceremony on the shop floor.
18. Manage customer flow and resolve customer issues.
19. Monitor product category performance and propose action plans.
20. Partner with Store Manager and Merchandising team for feedback on products.
21. Collaborate with VM and Training teams to maximize category potential and ensure product knowledge.
