- Provide ongoing support and feedback to client advisors to ensure their development and motivation.
- Conduct regular performance conversations and on-the-spot coaching to maintain consistent client experiences.
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Human Resources to resolve employee relations issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Lead the execution of clienteling activities and develop actions to achieve goals and KPIs.
- Monitor the performance of assigned categories and propose action plans to reach targets.
- Partner with the Merchandising team to provide feedback on products and stock situations.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maximize category potential and maintain store image.
- Ensure the team develops comprehensive product knowledge and stays informed about market trends and competitors.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities with both clients and team members.
- Ability to drive sales and exceed targets.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field preferred.
