Team Manager

1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor.
3. Develop and grow team talent, ensuring a consistent client experience.
4. Support store opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
5. Conduct performance conversations and develop action plans.
6. Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
7. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
8. Execute a superior client experience and build long-lasting client relationships.
9. Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow client base.
10. Monitor client advisor performance and strategize to meet KPIs.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain company standards.
12. Provide insights to maximize category potential and maintain merchandising guidelines.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
7. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $70,000 USD to $95,000 USD.
