1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve high performance through customer-centric strategies.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to meet business and product category goals.
3. Develop and nurture talent within the team, ensuring alignment with Gucci's brand values.
4. Support store operations as Manager on Duty, including opening and closing procedures.
5. Conduct performance evaluations and develop action plans for team members.
6. Drive superior client experiences and foster long-lasting client relationships.
7. Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
8. Collaborate with the Store Director and Merchandising team to optimize product performance.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain visual merchandising standards.
10. Manage customer service issues to retain client relationships.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
5. Ability to inspire and influence a team with integrity and professionalism.

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

Base salary range is $70,000 USD to $95,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
