Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve high performance through customer-centric strategies.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to meet business and product category goals.
- Develop and nurture talent within the team, ensuring alignment with Gucci's brand values.
- Support store operations as Manager on Duty, including opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop action plans for team members.
- Drive superior client experiences and foster long-lasting client relationships.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Collaborate with the Store Director and Merchandising team to optimize product performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Manage customer service issues to retain client relationships.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to inspire and influence a team with integrity and professionalism.
2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
Base salary range is $70,000 USD to $95,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
