Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the shopfloor to ensure exceptional service is delivered.
- Monitor the performance of assigned product categories and proactively propose action plans to achieve business targets.
- Lead the execution of clienteling activities, developing actions to activate, retain, and grow a client base.
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and developing a high-performing team.
- Provide support and regular feedback to Client Advisors to ensure ongoing development and high levels of motivation and belonging.
- Collaborate with the Store Director/Manager and Training team to ensure Client Advisors possess comprehensive product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitors.
- Partner with the Store Director/Manager and Human Resources to address employee relations issues effectively.
- Proven leadership experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong understanding of clienteling and customer relationship management.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop action plans.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in clienteling and customer relationship management.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a luxury retail management role.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
