1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the shopfloor to ensure exceptional service is delivered.
2. Monitor the performance of assigned product categories and proactively propose action plans to achieve business targets.
3. Lead the execution of clienteling activities, developing actions to activate, retain, and grow a client base.
4. Participate in attracting, recruiting, and developing a high-performing team.
5. Provide support and regular feedback to Client Advisors to ensure ongoing development and high levels of motivation and belonging.
6. Collaborate with the Store Director/Manager and Training team to ensure Client Advisors possess comprehensive product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitors.
7. Partner with the Store Director/Manager and Human Resources to address employee relations issues effectively.
