1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members on the shop floor.
3. Support the opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty, providing leadership and guidance.
4. Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans for team growth.
5. Develop and implement client engagement strategies to build lasting client relationships.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, proposing action plans to meet targets.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Human Resources, and Merchandising.
8. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
9. Support visual merchandising standards and maintain organization of store assets.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

3. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
4. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
