Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members on the shop floor.
- Support the opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty, providing leadership and guidance.
- Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans for team growth.
- Develop and implement client engagement strategies to build lasting client relationships.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, proposing action plans to meet targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Human Resources, and Merchandising.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain organization of store assets.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.
2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
