- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Human Resources to resolve employee relations issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures among team members.
- Lead client engagement initiatives to build lasting relationships with clientele.
- Monitor product category performance and propose action plans to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to provide feedback on products and stock.
- Work with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain store image according to guidelines.
- Ensure team members possess comprehensive product knowledge and awareness of market trends.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to foster a client-centric environment and build lasting relationships.
