Gucci Team Manager

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and achieve sales targets while ensuring operational excellence.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, engaging with top clients to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with business departments to maximize full-price sales and align with product launches.
- Train and educate associates on current collections and brand strategies in partnership with the Training Area.
- Understand and strategize around company KPIs to meet performance standards.
- Develop client relationships and propose local events through networking.
- Execute superior customer service and after-sales experiences to enhance customer loyalty.
- Support CRM initiatives and supervise customer data capture for personalized client development.
- Partner with the Store Manager to review store performance and report on business trends.
- Adhere to company policies, including operations, HR, and security standards.
- Conduct loss prevention audits and manage inventory to minimize shrinkage.
- Provide accurate scheduling to ensure optimal floor coverage.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize company assets.
- Support talent management through coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Recruit and retain a high-performing team, ensuring a consistent onboarding experience.
- Allocate staff resources to drive sales and maintain customer service standards.
- 4-6 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team development abilities.
- Analytical skills to identify business priorities and solve problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Organizational skills.
- Experience with retail systems and shipping software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4-6 years in a supervisory role within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or related discipline.
