Gucci Team Manager

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and achieve sales targets while maintaining operational integrity.
- Exhibit sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor and ensuring exemplary customer service.
- Manage stock levels in coordination with key business departments to maximize full-price selling and align with product launches.
- Educate associates on current collections and brand strategies in partnership with the Training Area.
- Understand and strategize around company KPIs to meet performance standards.
- Lead client relationship development and propose local events through networking.
- Execute superior customer service and after-sales experience to enhance customer loyalty.
- Support CRM initiatives by providing actionable plans and supervising customer data capture.
- Partner with the Store Manager to review store performance and report business trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including operations, HR, and security standards.
- Conduct loss prevention audits and inventory reconciliations to minimize shrinkage.
- Create accurate schedules to ensure adequate floor coverage.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization of company assets.
- Support talent management through coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team and manage staff resources effectively.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team management, coaching, and development abilities.
- Analytical skills to identify business priorities and problem-solve.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Technological proficiency with internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Candidates should have 4-6 years of relevant operations experience in retail or luxury retail, with a focus on supervisory roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
