Gucci Team Manager

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and achieve budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
- Demonstrate sales leadership on the sales floor, engaging with top clients and ensuring superior customer service.
- Manage stock levels and align with new product launches to maximize full price selling and maintain high sell-through rates.
- Train associates on current collections and brand strategy, partnering with the Training Area.
- Lead client development initiatives, establish client relationships, and propose local events.
- Ensure superior customer service and after-sales experience to enhance customer loyalty.
- Support CRM initiatives by providing action plans and monitoring CRM database reporting.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including operations, human resources, and security standards.
- Comply with Loss Prevention audits and inventory reconciliations to minimize shrinkage.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain organization of company assets.
- Assist in talent management, including coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Recruit and retain a high-performing team, ensuring a consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for managing and developing a team.
- Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 4-6 years in operations within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, with supervisory experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or related discipline.
