1. Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture within the store.
2. Execute strategy and provide real-time coaching on the selling floor to achieve business and product category goals.
3. Contribute to recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier talent.
4. Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
5. Drive superior client experiences and manage client relationships to enhance loyalty and acquisition.
6. Lead clienteling activities and develop action plans to meet goals and KPIs.
7. Oversee local events and product launches, ensuring client attendance and sales targets are met.
8. Provide ongoing feedback and support to Client Advisors to ensure high motivation and engagement.
9. Conduct performance and development conversations with direct reports.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies and procedures.
11. Monitor store KPIs and propose action plans to meet targets.
12. Utilize digital platforms to support store and online sales.
13. Ensure optimal stock management and adherence to health, safety, and security standards.

1. 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
3. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
4. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Passion for the fashion industry.

4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $85,500 USD to $95,000 USD.
