- Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture in the store.
- Execute strategy and provide real-time coaching on the selling floor to achieve business goals.
- Contribute to recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier talent.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
- Ensure superior client experience and manage client relationships.
- Utilize clienteling tools to drive client loyalty and acquisition.
- Lead clienteling activities and develop action plans to meet goals and KPIs.
- Monitor and enhance Client Advisor performance.
- Support local events and product launches to meet sales targets.
- Manage client flow and resolve service issues to retain client relationships.
- Maintain knowledge of competition and local market trends.
- Provide regular feedback and support to Client Advisors for ongoing development.
- Conduct performance conversations and develop action plans.
- Lead morning briefings and business communication.
- Ensure cross-category sales focus and team development.
- Participate in talent recruitment and ensure effective onboarding.
- Manage employee relations in partnership with Store Directors and People Partners.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Analyze store performance and propose action plans to reach targets.
- Collaborate with Store Director and Merchandising team for business growth.
- Ensure Client Advisors have full product knowledge and market awareness.
- Support store and online sales through digital platforms.
- Oversee special orders and merchandising communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and adhere to company policies.
- Plan and schedule team coverage based on capabilities and traffic flow.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization of company assets.
- Support store operations, including opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
- Optimize stock management and ensure health, safety, and security adherence.
- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $76,500 USD to $85,000 USD.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), and 401K. Eligible employees may also participate in an incentive program.
