1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the shopfloor to ensure exceptional service is delivered.
2. Monitor the performance of assigned product categories and proactively propose action plans to achieve business targets.
3. Lead the execution of clienteling activities, developing actions to activate, retain, and develop a client base.
4. Participate in attracting, recruiting, and developing a high-performing team.
5. Provide support and regular feedback to Client Advisors to ensure ongoing development and high motivation.
6. Collaborate with the Store Director/Manager and the Training team to ensure Client Advisors possess comprehensive product knowledge and are aware of market trends and competitors.
7. Partner with the Store Director/Manager and Human Resources on employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution.
